TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
These Terms and Conditions
("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Career Vision Library
mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the
App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must
immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the App.
1. User Accounts and Eligibility
The App serves two categories of
users: Library Administrators and Library Members/Students.

Registration:
Administrators create student accounts. Students must verify their email
addresses. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Account
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
login credentials and passwords generated via Firebase. You are responsible for
all activities that occur under your account.

Age
Requirement: Students under 18 years of age represent that they have
obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to register and use the study
library space.
2. Rules of Conduct & App Use
Users agree to use the App and
the physical study center resources responsibly. Prohibited behaviors include:

Attendance
Manipulation: Falsifying check-in or check-out times, sharing check-in QR
codes with unregistered individuals, or checking in remotely when not
physically present in the library.

Seat
Hoarding: Attempting to occupy or block seats that have not been officially
allocated to your profile/batch by the administrator.

App
Abuse: Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit local SQLite cache tables,
or insert malicious scripts into data fields.
3. Batch Allocations, Fees, and Receipts

Seat
Allocation: The live seat tracker displays available seats. Allotment is
subject to change at the discretion of the Library Administrator.

Fees and
Fines: Payment schedules are configured by the Library Administrator. The
system logs due fees, waivures, and late-stay fines. All transactions are
logged instantly, and students receive digital PDF receipts.

Refunds: Refunds
for library subscription fees are governed by the specific study center's
internal refund policies. The App only serves as a ledger of payments and does
not process external bank transactions or credit card returns directly.
4. Backup & Data Integrity Policies
Administrators may use the
'Export JSON Backup' feature to save a local copy of all records.
Administrators are solely responsible for:

Confidentiality:
Safeguarding exported JSON files which contain sensitive student details,
contact information, and payment sheets.

Loss of
Data: Restoring from outdated backup files may override recent transaction
ledgers. Care must be taken when performing 'Import JSON Backup' operations. We
are not liable for accidental data overwrites.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The App is provided on an
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties,
express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy of live
seat statistics, or offline syncing precision. In no event shall we be liable
for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from
the loss of data, billing discrepancies, server downtime, or unauthorized
access to user accounts.
6. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right, without
notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and
access to the App for violations of these Terms, failure to pay library fees,
or misconduct in the library premises.
7. Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These Terms shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the study
center is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify
these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the
Effective Date at the top of the Terms. Continued use of the App following
updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
